Lisa Hogan, founder and president of LMH CPA, has been professionally involved in the accounting industry for more than 10 years.
Tamara Stein, the senior bookkeeper at LMH CPA, has been part of our firm since 2015. Possessing over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, Tamara is an integral member of our team. At LMH CPA, she handles a majority of the bookkeeping tasks for our clients, maintaining an open line of communication with each of them to fulfill their unique accounting needs. Additionally, Tamara takes care of bill pay, accounts receivable, light tax return tasks, and keeping client data organized and comprehendible. Her attention to detail ensures our clients are always up to date.
Originally from Port Washington, Tamara resides in North Bellmore. Her daughter is an attorney, and her son Harrison is in his Senior year at Adelphi University. Tamara’s passions include live music, expanding her botanical skills, and traveling the world. One of her most cherished moments was climbing to the top of Machu Picchu in Peru.
Heather Bosman, the administrative assistant at LMH CPA, has worked at the company since 2020. Early in her career, Heather worked in the medical field as an administrative assistant. After receiving a degree in phlebotomy in 2014, she became a phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics, directly interacting with patients and collaborating with other medical staff members. Heather’s long-term experience in the medical community naturally enhanced her customer service expertise. At LMH CPA, she speaks with clients daily, helping accommodate their unique financial needs. Heather wears many hats, handling tasks including payroll, setting up 401k plans, QuickBooks data entry, and keeping all paperwork organized and up to date.
Heather resides in Shirley, New York, with her husband and their three children, Jayden, Daniel, and Dylan. Her boys mean the world to her, and she never misses an opportunity to cheer them on at sports matches or take part in their other extracurricular activities.
Mercedes Martinelli has worked as a bookkeeper at LMH CPA since 2021. Mercedes has extensive accounting experience, bookkeeping at several reputable Long Island businesses before joining our firm. At LMH CPA, she reconciles bank accounts, handles invoicing, filing, and provides detailed financial reports for many of our clients. Mercedes prides herself in helping ensure our clients receive the expert bookkeeping services necessary to keep their businesses thriving. With her professionalism and attention to detail, she quickly became an essential member of our team.
Mercedes resides in Mastic Beach, New York, and looks forward to continuing her career path with LMH CPA.
